Agile Coach The Agile Coach is an expert at applying agile principles and practices to assist organizations in achieving effectiveness through customer value driven delivery. The Agile Coach is knowledgeable in multiple frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DevSecOps, XP, Design Thinking, SAFe, etc.) and can advise and coach all levels of the organization on adoption. The Agile Coach is a transformation agent helping the organization achieve efficiency, predictability, customer value, high productivity, high engagement, customer satisfaction, and employee satisfaction. The Agile Coach can provide coaching on all aspects of agile adoption with knowledge of organizational change, value streams, customer journeys, team structure, cross team collaboration, product management, development best practices, and the core underlying principles. Responsibilities:
Agile Strategy Guides the team and organization on how to use agile values, agile principles, and agile framework practices to delight customers and contribute towards building a culture of trust, respect, simplicity, courage, transparency, and agility. Is a teacher, coach, mentor, facilitator, and change agent. Assesses the agile health of the team and coach them to higher levels of fluency at a sustainable pace for the team and department. Uses data to assess progress, and areas of improvement. Coach teams on scaling agile and assist large complex platforms and products in adopting agile principles and practices. Provides coaching to Leadership on how to be a servant leader. Provide coaching and guidance on the makeup and development of agile teams to ensure effective outcomes. Provides coaching and guidance on tooling for improved productivity and transparency. Coach and mentor individuals and teams to discover and implement improved ways of collaborating and developing into high-performing, self-organizing, agile teams. Coach and mentor product planning practices such as road mapping, prioritization techniques, backlog management, story mapping, journey mapping, story writing and estimation. Develop and deliver training, mentoring, and coaching around agile practices. Communication Facilitates discussion, decision making, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement in a complex large environment. Build effective partnership between scrum master and the Product Owner and provide mentoring and support especially with respect to refining and managing the product backlog and release planning, aligning delivery expectations with all stakeholders. Position Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of Technology experience 7 years of coaching Agile frameworks 7 years Agile development with specific scrum master or similar experience 5 years working in an Agile environment 2 years providing Agile training This position is not eligible for sponsorship. Salary Range:
$100K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Technical Project Management, Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
