Summary:
The Compliance Specialist role helps to execute the risk management and compliance program.
Under general direction, assist in the analysis of the company's regulatory compliance posture and the developments of control recommendations.
Position
Responsibilities:
Makes recommendations as a resource and subject matter expert to other departments for projects, task forces and regulatory implementation.
Analyzes, researches, and executes the preparation of deliverables as assigned related to federal and state regulatory exams, internal audits and projects, external audits, and enterprise-level controls.
Analyzes and interprets regulatory compliance requirements in collaboration with the Line of Business and Compliance.
Gathers, analyzes, interprets, and communicates statistics for related committees.
Executes periodic self-monitoring or testing to determine whether policies and procedures are being followed.
Participates on projects as required.
Position Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting from an accredited university 3 years of experience analyzing or interpreting procedures and/or regulatory requirements 3 years of experience with compliance testing, quality assurance testing and/or other analytical activities 2 years of audit experience 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office products, Word and Excel Working towards CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and CISA (Certified Information Security Advisor) Preferred Auburn Hills Operations Center 8:
00am - 5:
00pm Monday - Friday.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
