We are currently looking to grow our shipping & fulfillment team at our location in Auburn Hills, MI.

Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:
Pull/Pick Inventory (primarily women's clothing) - find and pull products from inventory per customer order pick sheets (inventory is on ground level and accessible by hand) & log issues Pack & Ship Orders - prepare and scan out orders for delivery according to schedule - scan, pack, and apply shipping label Inventory Checks - perform occasional inventory counts - stock and organize shelves, racks, and bins, etc.
Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment - including removing trash and general lite cleaning Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers Follow quality standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations Assist with miscellaneous tasks as needed Maintain a positive attitude to foster a great work environment
Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent Ability to work quickly for an entire shift while on your feet Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds (on occasion) Detail oriented Basic computer skills Good organizational and time management skills Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear.
The employee is frequently required to walk at a quick pace.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
Employee will be working in a fully climate controlled facility that houses women's clothing and accessories.
All products are accessible by reach or a step ladder.

Employee may be exposed to fragrances (perfumes, candles, lotions, etc.
) and various nuts (tree nuts, non-tree nuts, etc.
), which may be hazardous to those individuals with certain fragrance and/or nut allergies.
