Your JobAs an Enterprise Architect with a focus on Business Architecture at Koch Capabilities, you will play a key role in creating and implementing the overall business architecture practice.

What You Will Do Establish, develop and optimize the overall business architecture practice within the enterprise, fostering an environment that enables the successful execution of business strategies.
Partner with multiple business units to understand their processes and systems, driving alignment and synergy across the enterprise.
Lead the development of business architecture framework and relevant models to reduce complexity and increase business agility.
Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze and address complex business challenges at the enterprise level.
Be a thought leader and champion for business architecture, educating and influencing stakeholders on the benefits, approaches, and strategies of business architecture.
Identify and implement business architecture best practices and standards across the organization, ensuring consistency and alignment with enterprise architecture.
Collaborate with other enterprise architects, business units, IT teams and third-party consultants to implement technology solutions and projects that support business architecture.
Have the courage to challenge and escalate when necessary, fostering a culture of teamwork, respect for diversity, and independent thinking.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Proven experience in developing, implementing and optimizing business architecture within a complex enterprise environment.
Proficient in process modeling, business systems design, and data architecture.
Experience in working collaboratively with various stakeholders, including leaders and users, to influence and drive business architecture decisions.
Experience with implementing IT projects and understanding of business process workflows.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and economic thinking to devise solutions and strategies.
What Will Put You Ahead Ability to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives without disrupting deliverables.
Strong economic, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Experience in communicating and presenting to various levels of stakeholders within an organization and across different locations.
