Chassis Component Engineer

will be responsible for the engineering, design, development, timing, and production release of Chassis components. Other responsibilities will include quality improvements, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement initiatives including communicating technical product status to management.
Education: Bachelor's Degree Requirements: BS in Mechanical Engineering from ABET accredited university or equivalent degree is required Open to entry-level candidates with relevant college projects, FSAE, internships, or co-ops Experience in setting component level requirements based upon customer driven system requirements Experience in constructing full vehicle and component DVPR Ability to construct work plans to resolve issues Ability to lead large teams and determine gaps to targets and develop solutions
