POSITION
Summary:
The Service Loaner Coordinator is responsible for the fulfillment of the Service Loaner program in an accurate and timely manner. These tasks include package creation, account reconciliation, and title release in accordance with all state laws and internal company policies. In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring the highest level of dealer satisfaction, and for developing a strong working relationship with the Dealer Remarketing team in order to present one Service Loaner voice and vision.
Responsibilities:
Ensures the accurate processing of Service Loaner package creation.
Ensures the accurate processing of Service Loaner purchases (ACH or Wholesale Brasshat).
Conducts title research to ensure timely release, and utilizes all applicable systems.
Audit Service Loaner packages to ensure compliance and completeness upon receipt of documents.
Ensures all Service Loaner packages are received within the required deadline, in accordance to company guidelines.
Contacts dealers regarding vehicle purchases, missing documents and the procedures related to the Service Loaner program.
Organizes daily workflow of Service Loaner processes to ensure attainment of established goals and KPI's.
Provides feedback to supervisor regarding process improvements with the Service Loaner program.
Works with IT regarding any Service Loaner program related changes and upgrades.
Develops positive relationships with Dealer Remarketing staff, dealers and field staff to ensure processes are integrated to support expected service level.
Identify solutions to title transfer rejections received from state DMVs and resolve acting as a liaison with title vendors, service providers, DMVs, dealers, and relating areas of the company.
Reconciles and balances Remarketing system to daily deposits/receivables to ensure accuracy. .
Contact dealers regarding vehicle purchases, missing documents and the procedures related to the Service Loaner program.
Generate required daily, monthly, and end of year reporting.
Perform other related duties as required
REQUIRED
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
1-2 years? experience in a similar role
Proven credit related finance experience with good working knowledge of general ledger
Strong analytical abilities
Strong customer service skills
Analytical and conceptual thinking

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional computer skills ? Excel, Word, Power Point

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
