Description
Deliver instructor-led technical training courses to Technicians, corporate personnel at Technical Training Centers
Prepare for and maintain the highest-level of technical proficiency in all Skill Areas
Manage individual course registration and roster processing
Order or print student reference materials from designated site/location
Maintain training
vehicles
for classroom activities
Utilize all available resources to maintain the highest level of technical proficiency
Maintain special tools
Maintain hand tools
Maintain classrooms for usage
Maintain course hardware and components
Maintain Diagnosis equipment and software updates
Monitor and maintain seat fill
Advise Dealers and Fleets on training needs
Maintain reference library
Assist in the training development process when required
Assist students on self-study questions
Provide feedback to Training Development Team
Support Course Development Team if/when required
Coordinate Business Center training needs to support actions such as Warranty Waste Reduction or FFV initiatives
Coordinate new model launch training together with Business Center needs
Analyze data and communicate with Corporate and dealers on the specific training required for each dealer to complete required training.
Follow-up with dealers to ensure attendance at necessary courses
Council with new Service Managers to help them understand and utilize technical training for the benefit of the dealership
Required Qualifications

Preferred - Undergraduate degree - BS (Automotive Technologies)
Minimum - Associate degree - (Automotive Technologies)
ASE Certification
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of Technical Training Experience in Delivery of Automotive Technologies
Other Requirements
Knowledge of Service Diagnostics procedures
Ability to interact effectively with various personality types
Strong communication skills - written, verbal and platform
Ability to multi task and work in a rapid paced environment
Familiarity and ease with office automation programs (Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.)
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
