Develops strategic marketing alliance for data initiatives, performing analysis in the areas of service and market penetration, demographics, variances and trends
Works with department manager(s) to develop standard and customized summaries and gathers data from various sources to establish and maintain the marketing department's reporting; consolidates information into database
Leads data initiatives and program manages new deliverable s working with IT and outside agencies. Develops a data acquisition strategy to enable new CRM capabilities and creates plans to enable these strategies in our existing architecture
Develops analytical support on a strategic level and manages projects for a wide variety of departmental programs and initiatives
Works closely with the Information Technology department to cohesively approach strategic data initiatives and projects from an IT and Marketing perspective
JOB
Responsibilities:
Collects and analyzes data on services and lines of business and evaluates marketing efforts; analyzes data on service penetration, market penetration, demographics and marketing practices; interprets data and prepares summaries
Provides analysis and reporting for new and existing service development
Responsible for composing/managing business rules and technical requirements
Develops and manages marketing campaigns for customer acquisition and retention using the marketing database and tools
Provides all reporting and analysis necessary to support the Marketing Specialists/Managers for decision making by business lines and organization
Utilizes spreadsheet, database, and statistical software to enter, retrieve and analyze data
Performs math functions and basic statistical analysis such as trend analysis, variance, correlation analysis and testing
Oversees and evaluates the daily operation and work flow of marketing analysis developing automated marketing programs complete with analysis, reporting and trending
Works to design statistically valid tests of marketing efforts to include appropriate sampling, test/control designs and response tracking
Recognizes and understands variances in marketing performance
Provides support to the modeling of marketing performance based on past experience and future trends. Studies data to identify trends pertinent to marketing decision-making; draws conclusions and makes recommendations based on the analysis of the data
Explores data acquisition opportunities with data providers to expand our communication capabilities and campaign effectiveness
Requirements:
Bachelors in Marketing, Operations Research, Applied Math/Statistics, Computer Science or related field required
9 plus years of experience in database marketing, customer analytics, data mining and/or statistics
Knowledge of relational database technology and experience managing multiple data sets, building query logic and providing outputs
A minimum of five years' experience working in a marketing or service environment required
Knowledge of database marketing/data mining analytical applications, and statistics required
Knowledge of marketing concepts and statistical analytical techniques is required
Strong analytical ability, with data interpretation skills, required
Ability to analyze needs, develop project plans, question activities and issues in all functional areas and make sound business decisions based upon data
Knowledge of application software development is preferred
Excellent skills with the Microsoft Office Family of products, including data base design, Access database development and knowledge of statistical modeling programs
Must be able to work in the USAEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
