The Comerica Loan Center Fulfillment Manager is responsible for managing several teams within Consumer Loan Fulfillment Department. The Fulfillment Team provides service to the Retail Bank, as well as other areas of the corporation including Wealth Management, Business Banking and the Business Bank.

Reporting Information/Location
This Comerica Loan Center Fulfillment Manager position is located at 3551 Hamlin Road, Auburn Hills, MI and reports to the CLC Consumer Loans Operations Manager. This position has 6-8 direct reports.
Position Responsibilities
- Manage department process changes and initiatives to effect positive department key performance measurements or mitigate potential negative impacts ensuring proper communication with all partners affected.
- Collaborate with the Comerica Loan Center Management and the Director on strategic and operational planning, corporate initiative execution, technology improvement prioritization, expense management, and Quality Assurance standards.
- Manage Quality Assurance standards for Consumer Fulfillment teams identifying key areas impacting customer experience and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance and adherence to government regulations and accuracy of information delivered to customers.
- Plan, manage, and direct staff to assure all service delivery channels (IVR,Email,and back office) and process are operating to meet service and sales expectations.
- Responsible for Human Resources Management of the Fulfillment team including hiring, the Performance Management Process and developing and coaching.
- Manages medium to large projects to support the implementation of process improvements, technology improvements, and compliance standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years Consumer Lending experience
- 4 years of Supervisory or Management experience
- Demonstrated analysis and research ability
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- 1 year computer experience with Microsoft, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
