DUTIES: Perform financial consolidations to support external reporting under both U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), internal reporting, regional reporting, and debt reporting. Calculate and record complex accounting consolidation entries under these structures. Prepare various account reconciliations and supporting reports at consolidation level. Administer the financial consolidations system, including maintaining databases, processes, user access, and system upgrades. Lead HFM common system implementation for internal and external reporting for the integrated Fiat Chrysler Automotive group, including design, implementation, and testing. Support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and external/internal audit procedures related to financial consolidations.
REQUIREMENTS (applicants with any suitable equivalent combination of education, training, or experience are acceptable): Bachelors degree in accounting and 5 years experience in the job described or in the related occupation of Financial Analyst, Financial Specialist, or Corporate Accountant required. Experience must include: performing global consolidations under multiple accounting principles including U.S. GAAP and IFRS; multicurrency transactions and revaluation/translation computations; and SAP, Hyperion Enterprise financial consolidation software, and HFM financial consolidation software.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
