Job Description:
Coordinates Global Program Management Office activities. Acts as the APQP and Change Management Business Process Owner (BPO) to coordinate process definition, communication and training. The PMO Director will facilitate cross functional activities to drive process alignment and coordination and act as the final decision approver on APQP and Change Management process.
Facilitate Global Program Management strategy development, communication and tracking. Reporting of Key Process Drivers and Key Process Indicators shall be distributed weekly and reviewed to develop continuous process improvements
Facilitate Global Program Management Program Milestone and Risk Status reporting. Though the use of Program Cross Functional Team Reports, provide weekly reports for Red Programs and Key Milestone status.
As Global APQP BPO, facilitate cross functional updates to the DURA APQP process and documentation. Facilitate communication, training and roll out of updates. Additionally, documentation to be aligned with Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements.
As Global Change Management BPO, facilitate cross functional updates to the DURA Change Management process and documentation. Facilitate communication, training and roll out of updates. Additionally, documentation to be aligned with Integrated Management System (IMS) requirements.
As a Business Process Owner, coordinate with other DURA functional departments to streamline business processes, reports, and other activities to improve overall DURA performance.
Drive decisions making process to resolve issues in a timely manner
May interface directly with the Functional Managers to resolve project related issues
Provide leadership thru coaching, mentoring and development of cross functional teams
Completes and performs other duties/tasks as may be assigned
STANDARD
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors' Degree in Engineering

Experience: Minimum of 10 years related Automotive Industry experience. Additional education can be substituted for experience and vice versa.
Product
Experience: Mechanical assemblies
Working Knowledge: Requires a good working knowledge of procedures, operating methods and managerial practice; or, a combination of education and experience that develops technical skills and soft skills to perform routine assignments with proficiency.
