Your Responsibilities
Summary:
Directs, coordinates and exercises functional authority for planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of financial activities of the Company by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors or subordinates.
Duties and Responsibilities (not all inclusive):
o Ensure compliance in areas of responsibility with company, legal, and regulatory requirements for Health, Safety, and Environmental topics and participate in the preparation, modification, and enforcement of policies and procedures in order to establish and foster a culture of Health & Safety.
o Establishes, or recommends to management, major economic objectives and policies for Company.
o Guides other departments by researching and interpreting accounting policy and applying observations and recommendations to operational issues.
o Oversee the daily accounting operation, including payroll general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and project controlling functions o Lead and prepare annual budgets and forecasts for 4-year operative planning complete from order intake to cash.
o Prepare, review, and analyze report Financial Statements using SAP@KONS and Excel Business Analyzer and provide variance analysis to budget/forecasts.
o Project controlling responsibility with emphasis on budgets, timing, and risks.
Ensure proper revenue recognition under percentage of completion and completed contract.
o Development of annual labor rates and SGA% markups for Sales pricing.
o Calculation of cost center budgets for entire organization including allocations and assessments.
o Cash management and forecasting.
o Tax return compilation (foreign & state).
o Ensure application of Transfer Pricing rules.
o Maintain Contractor license renewals with applicable states.
o Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
o Manages employees in the finance area.
Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this function which includes appraising performance, employee development, directing work, and rewarding and disciplining employees.
Your Profile
Qualifications:
o Bachelor's degree (B.
A.
) in a related field (Accounting/Finance) with 8 years of related experience; or 12 years of related experience and/or training/education, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
o CPA certification preferred.
o Proficient in Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
o Thorough knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS.
o Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills and other financial systems.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
